Frequently asked questions

Although we are happy to answer your questions, it is easier for both of us if we offer you a list with FAQs. Please take a look at this list first before asking us.

1. PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
   People with special needs are allowed to bring one caregiver for free. Please remember to bring your handicapped ID. There will also be handicapped parking available. Please contact the parking and security staff, they will be happy to assist you. The festival area itself is flat and hence it is easy to get around.
2. WHEN DOES WHICH BAND PLAY?
   We will publish the running order as soon as all artists are confirmed.
3. WHERE CAN I GET TICKETS?
   Tickets are available at ticket agencies nationwide. Here you can find information about the tickets.
4. WHEN DOES THE CAMPING GROUND OPEN?
   You will get your wristbands and access to the camping ground from 3 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am.
5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ARRIVE FRIDAY DURING THE NIGHT?
   Yes, that’s no problem. You will have access to the camping ground and get your wristband the next morning.
6. BEVERAGES
   Can I bring beverages into the venue?
   Yes, each visitor is allowed to bring one tetrapak (one 1.5 litre only!).
7. BOX OFFICE
   We will inform you in good time if there is a box office availabe.
8. CAMERAS
   You are allowed to bring cameras (both digital / SLR). Flash is strictly forbidden. Non-compliance with the rules results in confiscation of the camera/ equipment.
9. ANIMALS
   We may kindly ask you to leave your animals at home since it is strictly prohibited to bring them onto the festival grounds.
