Amphitheater Gelsenkirchen

§1 THESE GENERAL RULES APPLY

to the whole area belonging to the AMPHITHEATER GELSENKIRCHEN as per contract between the Gelsenkirchen City Council and the Amphitheater Gelsenkirchen GmbH.

§2 THESE GENERAL RULES SHALL

prevent persons or objects from damage or danger;
protect the AMPHITHEATER GELSENKIRCHEN from damage or littering;
guarantee a smooth and undisturbed course of events.

§3 IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO,

enter the premises without a valid ticket or any other authorisation;
to sit in any other than the allocated seat (applicable only if seats are provided in the venue);
to loiter in the passage ways that lead to the stands (if applicable);
to access premises restricted to the public without authorization;
to enter the festival premises with vehicles of all kinds without a special licence or park vehicles on festival premises;
to dismount, cross or climb fences or other barriers;
to bring along or use objects that are dangerous, bulky or could be used as projectiles (such as bottles, cans, weapons, flagpoles above 1,50 m, ladders, folding chairs, crates, gas pressure containers with CFE, etc.);
to carry along, burn or fire off fireworks, sparklers and pyrotechnical articles of all kinds and to make open fires;
to throw any objects into the audience or on stage;
to relieve yourself out of doors or litter the premises by using confetti, paper scraps or paper rolls (animals are also not permitted on the premises);
to paint or spray graffities or attach posters on the premises’ fences, buildings and paths;
to film, videotape or record any concert without authorisation by the organiser;
to ignore the instructions of the security guards.

§4 Non-compliance with these general rules can result in

expulsion from the AMPHITHEATER GELSENKIRCHEN without reimbursement of the ticket and/or
a general ban from the AMPHITHEATER GELSENKIRCHEN’s premises.

General provisions of law such as the safety of life, physical integrity or public safety shall remain unaffected.
