Camping

1. ATTENTION: The camping area is only available for visitors of the festival with a valid festival ticket and an additional camping ticket (or with the respective festival wristband). Entering the site and camping there without the aforementioned pre-requirements is strictly forbidden. The expenses for “accidentially” purchased camping tickets will NOT be refunded!
2. Camping is only allowed in clearly defined areas on the camping site. Non-compliance with the camping rules results in prosecution.
3. The camping site opens at 3 pm on Friday. By Monday noon you are expected to have cleared the area.
4. The use of the sanitary facilities (Dixies) on the camping site is free of charge (apart from the shower containers).
5. Open fireplaces are strictly forbidden on the entire festival site (including camping- and parking areas as well as all surrounding green areas).
6. Offering and selling goods (including food and drinks) of any kind is strictly forbidden on the camping site. It is possible though to carry along an unlimited amount of groceries and drinks for private usage onto the camping area. This excludes glass items of any kind which are strictly forbidden due to the possible danger of hurting yourself or others.
7. It is not allowed to use any kind of device to play music (this also includes bag pipes, converted beer barrels and other improvised musical instruments!) between 23.00 h and 7.00 h. Non-compliance with this rule results in immediate expulsion from the camping premises. The use of headphones is excluded from this rule.
8. No deposit or surveillance contract for the camping site is made with the organizer. The camping area is used at your own risk. The camping fee only allows you to use a space to set up your tent on the camping site. The organizer cannot be held responsible for possible damage caused by other visitors or any third party.
9. Campers are asked to set up their tents in such a manner as not to inhibit others and to make access to the sanitary facilities possible at all times. Driving onto the camping site with vehicles is prohibited.
   Particularly marked loading areas are provided for loading. After loading, the vehicle must be removed immediately and parked in a different parking lot. Vehicles blocking the loading area will be removed by the organizer or his staff at the owner’s expense.
10. Make sure you leave the camping site in a clean condition. Please dispose of your garbage in the provided bags and containers. Non-compliance with waste disposal rules will result in fines by the waste management company.
11. All your garbage has to be disposed of by Monday noon. The exact opening hours of the separate garbage deposit area will be announced on site.
12. Please leave the camping site in the same condition as you entered it. Any possible damage must be repaired by the person who caused the damage or at this person’s expenses. In case of non-compliance, the organizer has the right to repair the damage at the expense of the user or through a third party at the expense of the user.
13. You are obliged to follow orders of the staff at all times.
14. Non-compliance leads to expulsion from the camping site. Additionally, the organizer reserves the right to press charges against the violator.
